Avaya DoorPhone on Partner ACS System

I seem to have a problem with the doorphone connected to my Partner ACS system. It rings the extensions as it should, however, the party outside can hear anyone inside speaking through the phone, but we cannot hear anything from the doorphone outside.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
 
Sounds like the door phone has gone bad. Test the path with a butt set or single line but I'm sure you will find it is a bad door phone.

I connected the two wires at the doorphone to a test set and was able to get it to ring normally, and I could hear someone inside, however they still could not hear me from outside. I went to the ACS module and plugged a regular analog phone into the doorphone port. I was again able to ring the extensions when I went off-hook, hear the person inside, but they could not hear me. I've reviewed the manual for the doorphone configuration, and it all looks like it is setup properly. Any suggestions? Thanks
 
I just programmed door phone ext (#604) then (#606) for alert station plugged sl set into door phone port went off hook and it rang the alert station and I could talk back and forth. Check programming or try different port.
 
Thanks to everyone for all the advice. I have switched ports on the processor module and it works fine now. I reconfigured a new port for the doorphone and put a regular phone on the old doorphone port and both are working just fine.
