Our IN office put in 4 new Pri_ISDN local T1s last night. D channels are up and so are the B channel,,,But when you call out to a cell phone there is no talk path. Can't hear them they can't hear you. But caller ID shoes up.

If one of the hunt groups has multi-call-handle turned on, you can not get logged into two different splits. ON-ON of OFF-OFF

Our agents were able to login to more then one split at a time. (I know start using EAS) We moved up to CM4 about 9 months ago and this just came up today. The phones are setup with 2 auto-ins and acw and aux. They can log into each split fine ,but not both at the same time.

I have had VAL Boards lock up and block calls. Meaning the board needs to be Busy Reset Released to get it working again. Now I have to do a RCA report. (root cause) for the management team.
Has anyone found the reason yet?

We have 3 Audix machines in different parts of Ohio. I need to add new DID range to one of the Audix boxes. How in the world does one do that when all 10 lines are full in CH Machine. I know I need to combine some of the numbers in the first one, but don't I have to add new number to the other...
