New Pri-ISDN no talk path

Our IN office put in 4 new Pri_ISDN local T1s last night. D channels are up and so are the B channel,,,But when you call out to a cell phone there is no talk path. Can't hear them they can't hear you. But caller ID shoes up.

Why do you have 'speech' in the DCP/Analog Bearer Capability setting?

Try and change that to 3.1kHz...
