Yes - I'm forwarding the call to the internal extension of the user, with the internal extension being forwarded to their cell. The hunt pilot has a "Use Forward Settings of Line Group Member" so I thought that would work.
Regarding the "remote destination profile", are you referring to the...
Hello - I've got a Call Manager version 11.5.1.14900-11. I have to add two technical users to help answer calls for a technical team. Unfortunately, these 2 guys aren't on our domain (we don't have a trust with that domain, either). Since their laptops are also on this separate domain I...
slp123 - Saw your other post...
Not sure what version you are running, but we are running version 11.5. In my experience, you are correct - deleting the message in Outlook does not delete the e-mail from Unity. If your users have LDAP synchronization in Unity, they need to manage their...
Hello - I'm running a Cisco Unity Server, version 11.5
Microsoft is ending its Unified Messaging and Transcription service later this year, so we have to dump all our users back to Unity. Based on that, I have 2 questions:
1) Unified Messaging: As a test, I configured my own mailbox on...
Thanks gnrslash4life - Sorry about the slow response, I was on vacation this last week.
I agree that our dial-plan needs to be re-done, but I don't have time for that right now.
While I was on vacation, what I decided to do is break down the DID's into blocks of 10, so the trasform mask will...
Running CUCM 11.x
Because of a large call-center, we use 4-digit Called Party Transform Masks on our inbound translation patterns. Our DID blocks are always in nice, easy contiguous blocks starting with 00 and ending with 99, making it easy to use a transform mask of 25xx or 39xx, etc.
We...
All - First time in this forum (normally in the Cisco Call Manager forum)
I've got a dead 2TB Seagate Baraccuda XT; Model: ST32000641AS: 7200 RPM; 64 MB Cache and SATA 6GB.
I don't have an identical replacement drive in my stash, but I have an equivalent Seagate "Enterprise Capacity"...
thepfy - Thanks. Prior to posting this thread, I did run through the numbers looking for conflicts. Per your advice (something I should have thought of), I checked the route-plan report, and there were no overlaps.
I figured they could be used, but thought I'd ask. The back-story to this...
Thanks. That was the confusing part. If I go to Call Routing > Dial Plan Installer, there are no dial plans listed. Our call center has route-patterns that begin with *00XX, but that * at the beginning makes the route plan specific and eliminates any pattern matching that might occur.
All - Just posted this to TAC, but thought I'd throw it out there for a real-world insight....
We're currently running 11.5.1.14900-11 for our Cisco Call Manager and 11.6.2.10000-38 (ES02-28) for UCCX. We have a block of extensions in the 0000-0999 range that are unused.
Can that range be...
gnrslash4life - Thanks for your answer: "Nothing built in to CUCM is going to really help." That's what I was afraid of.
I'll open up a ticket with our local and LD carriers to monitor the calls.
gnrslash4life - Thanks. Yes - Definately a QoS problem. What did you mean by "links"? Are you talking about each step of the call flow?
Just not sure how to track it down. I need someone to spell it out for me. I was going to use RTMT to pull logs, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for...
I'm running Call Manager 10.5, with UCCX 10.6
We act as a call center for hospitals around the country. Our agents conference the patient and hospital so the handoff is considered "warm".
One particular hospital in one particular state and city has complained of 3 second call delay (we don't...
Hello - I've got a 10.5 Call Manager with a UCCX version of 10.6
My Problem: We've got a contact center, and calls to DID's are not routing to the correct UCCX application. Specifically, it seems isolated to a subset of "triggers" (extensions) of calls beginning with "81". Instead, they route...
I'm running Call Manager 10.5
We did a DID cut to a new voice-gateway last Friday night, but now international calling is broken. We have 4 locations, each with the same "International" route filter applied to them. The Filter is set up with the following tags and operands:
Country Code =...
OK - Thanks for clarifying. I did contact Cisco, and they gave me the T1 pre-config commands:
card type t1 0 0
network-clock-participate wic 0
network-clock-select 1 T1 0/0/0
isdn switch-type primary-ni
controller T1 0/0/0
pri-group timeslots 1-24 service mgcp
Since this is a dual-port card...
Thanks. I think I've solved #1. Since I'm going to blow away the config on the router, I'll just remove the single port card on reload.
For #2, I'm getting some conflicting advice. Your indicate that the cards are picked up by the router, and no commands are needed. Just add the GW to the...
