I know you can edit a COS on Callpilot using telset administration. Not sure about NAM though. I'm sure curlycord or one of the other gurus can answer that. Stay tuned.

Several of our employees encountered the same problem when they upgraded to iphone6. Their old phones never had this problem. All the patching on earth has been no help to us. We have a BCM50 6.0.
This older PA-2A manual I had describes using pins 1 and 4 to trigger ringing with a contact closure so check which PA-2A you're using.

Sounds like you're using the Norstar auxiliary relay to trigger ringing over the PA system.
Is there a jumper on YL/BN BN/YL on the ICS auxiliary equipment block? If so, put a short on it. If ringing is heard over the PA system, you'll know the PA system side is okay.
