I am not sure I read this correctly, but you can try to add an extension and use that extension as the coverage path. cover that extension back to your vdn that hits main vector.

anyone know how to set up dial codes, FAC to set up a transfer button? Apparently this phone only has 3 speed dials and nothing else.

well now, I finally figured it out. The intercept treatment works for DID's dialed into the switch, not for internal dial by extension treatment. I added a step in the vector to "go to step 6 if unconditional" 6. disconnect after annoucment xxxx uggggg!

dial para shows local extension first under list unif i dont see my announcement number in there... perhaps this is the issue? my extension range it 6000 to 6999 some are in use but others are not.

the intercept is the announcement number. When I trace the tac I get the 1751 denial No AAR/ARS route pat/pref

my intercept treatment is an announcment its in an audio group and I can dial it and hear it. any call to a non programmed station is giving me a second of static then disconnect. Any thoughts?

I got it. I did a deny for 1xxx976 and set a route pattern for all the toll free's ex: 1800976 and tested route chosen. Worked like a charm! thanks! Karen

thanks Kyle. I may want to do that. So I get confused on the xxx part. the table had 1855 to a route patten, but then 1xxx976 as a deny. so the number was denied. would i leave the deny as is and add 1855976 pointing to a route pattern. I dont get the override Uggg!
