i believe in element manager you get an option to enable CDR (call detail recorded). Chose push or pull and download from the BCM the cdr client.

Just in case, be sure that the extension number its right (Feature *0). And that the name has no more than 7 characters.

The BCM have AA (I think 6) ,CCR (I think 99) and a general mailbox without licences. The quantities depends in the release.
