I have configured Nortel 11xx and 12xx phone with Avaya IPoffice server edition release 9.0
When i make a call from one phone to another, phone shows "Cann't find user" error message at phone screen.
Can any one help me to resolve this issue.
Any help is appreciated.
I want to use this feature as reminder call, same like meeting reminder in outlook
I will schedule a call 15 minutes before the meeting and all 90 users will get a reminder call, once user answer specified message will play.

I want to block call not form sourcr, i want to block call at destination, i mean through incoming call route not from short code
