Checking with the end user the chance to abandon CCR to migrate on IPOCC, one question could decide the matter: Local TAPI

Actually the CCR agents pop-up their own CRM by using TAPI drivers installed on the Agent Client-PC, is there a way to get the same pop-up by by using the IPOCC?

It's possible, hard to tell exactly without knowing what the requirements are.

Is it a web-based CRM or application based?
How does it work today?

The CRM is application based using local pc TAPI, the agents at login launch from the server a script which aptivate the local tapi. The idea is replacing all the existing CCR (!!!) with IPOCC but mantaining the existing CRM ACCESS

Well, the CRM TAPI integration would still work, although I think they recommend that you dial out from IPOCC for statistics.
