I agree - the UTM device should placed in bridge mode BEHIND the firewall- typically sitting between the firewall and your LAN core switch.

Which SF do you have and what version of code are you running on the 8600?

We would need to see the remote site configs as well to provide guidance.
This appears to be config of just the hub side router.

Cedric,
VLANS created on a switch are subinterfaces and are most likely whats being referred to here.
You can put an IP address on the subinterfaces which makes it as usable as any other real interface and will allows for full routing configuration.

You dont have an outside translation for the inside sever...aka there is no outside NAT for it.
Truly, you should put the server on the DMZ of the 5520 which is correct design allowing the inside and outside users to get to the server and keep it protected at the same point...find a public...
When you say "once we remove and reconnect these APs"....are you referring to removing and reconnecting all of them? how are you doing such...with an acces switch connection? How long until the issue reappears?

I am in agreement with you norm,
PPPoE is the common standard for the Layer 2 protocol that DSL modems use to negotiate...because your log shows that the "Peer is not responding" this may indicate that their DSLAM in the local CO to you may be having issues.
This is highly unlikely that its...
Hey Thopee,
Often times, the "IKE SA delete request" comes as a result of different lifetimes.
Please check the lifetimes on both sides for Phase1 and Phase2 and ensure they are the same.
Your fortunate that your tunnel is staying up, however, that may be due to the mode of the device...
It actually depends whats in the 8010. Note that the 8010 is a 10-slot chassis, and the SF/CPU that you populate will define which one it is.
Can you list which SF and modules you have in the 8010?
It makes a difference for what its capabilities are. For example, 8100 series blades are Layer...
ASAs are 5505 running version 8.2.5 - attempting to establish a Lan2Lan IPSec VPN tunnel.
Has anyone ever seen duplicate ISAKMP SAs to the same peer?
I debugged the isakmp proposals and continue to receive

Fine brilliant people of the ASA forum, if you would, please let me know if you have ever run into a situation such as this or have any insight into this issue:
I had configured a 1-1 NAT in the following manner:

static (outside, DMZ) Centos 1.1.1.1 netmask...

Sounds like someone made some config changes and never saved them...did you implicitly look at the entire config including PORT SETTINGS? perhaps duplex and speed issue should be checked on the 4500 ports where the AP's are connected? Check if you have link first...remember PHY LAYER is almost...

Phil, where does the Windows server and the workstation sit..on the same switch? Are you successfully communication on the same VLAN across switching? Sounds to me like a tagging issue if the 5530 is routing the VLANs as its supposed to.
Diagram and VLAN config would help on both switches.
