When I'm trying to setup the VLAN on my 2811 router, the lab asks to configure a VLAN1 (switch card). I put a NM-ESW-161 to have more interfaces on the router but it seems that when I did this, it doesn't help. How do I make connections to a "Logical" interface on the router?

P.S. I'm using the Todd Lammle CCNA book. This configuration starts on page 361 Chapter 8.

Cedric,
VLANS created on a switch are subinterfaces and are most likely whats being referred to here.
You can put an IP address on the subinterfaces which makes it as usable as any other real interface and will allows for full routing configuration.

Real trouble call:
Customer: "I have a huge problem. A friend has put a screensaver on my computer, but every time I move the mouse, it disappears!"
