I located a previous thread you were involed having the same issue where the position id goes away. I am using Symposium as well. Here is my supervior phone printed after building set:
KEY 00 ACD 8000091 0 80455
SPV
01 NRD
02 MSB
03 OBV
04 AGT 80453
05 AGT...
I recently posed the question about adding agent observe keys for the supervisor of and ACD phone. I understand this is a position ID (not agent ID) as you build the set, however, it will show up on the phone as AGT keys and will work correctly until agent logs out. When the position is filled...
We are using an 81C, Call Pilot, and symposium. We have built a test ACD group with 2 agents and 1 spv.
I am trying to observe my agents using the key on the phone, however, when I press the obv key, I am placed in NRD and the screen wants me to enter the agent ID number. When I type in the...

I appreciate all the help, however, I replaced carbons in my path. Three buildings involved. Got the phone back up and going. I was starting to wonder, I had tried all of the suggested help.
I have done all of the above, the set is not forwarded in ld 80. It seems as if none of the keys are working. I just called the dn and asked the girl to place me on hold and it would not allow her to do so.
I have a 2008 that will not allow the caller to call out, however they can receive calls into that particular dn. I have exchanged the sets, exchanged the tns on the frame, but still the same. Any suggestions?
Try this and see if it work:
In load 49 did you delete the entry first and then reenter the number and see if you get the error?

John and Nortellian,
Thanks gents for all the help. I finally accomplished the mission. Here is the scoop:
On the 3904 (6666) I had to add KBA 1 to give it the appearance of and add on. On Key 32 I added scr 5555, On Key 2 xmwk 3301 5555. This labled key 2 with MSGbyDN.
Now when I call and...

We are using the Call Pilot and it only is giving the option to mwi to one dn. I have set this to 5555. I have tried to add the other dn, but it will only allow one dn to be listed.
