Hi All,

We do not have console if our office. I tried to dial 0 today and i got a busy signal. How can i configure 0 to dial an internal number. It is probably little bit complicated. We want 0 to be answer by our new receptionist.

If this is complicated, can we just delete 0 and create NCFW to internal number. I printed 0
DN 0
TYPE att.

Please help.

Thank you

Go to ld 21
and PRT NIT to see nit1. In ld 15 Chg NIT and make nit1 dn of set you want 0 to ring With no console programmed sys is always considered in nite service. If you got a busy, o ay not be set as ATDN. LD 21 PRT ATT to see ATDN LD 15 CHG ATT to enter 0 as ATDN

DN 0
TYPE att.

i see that now, go to ld 15 chg att_data and make atdn a vacant number.. that will allow you to build the maxp 1 acd..

several ways to set up. If 0 is already atdn making nit1 the target dn does same. Also intercept features that go to console ring to nit1

Thanks All,
I am not actually in the office, i can see the programming but can not try it in my phone. I will try it asap

Here is what I have:
PRT NIT to see nit1 -- NIT1 is nothing (it is followed my TIM1 - do i need this TIM1)
ld 15 Chg NIT and make nit1 dn of set you want 0 to ring With - I will try it asap.
PRT ATT to see ATDN - is 0

I will try the NIT1 first and I will try build NCFW later if the first try is failed.
How to"make atdn a vacant number"?
LD 15
CHG
ATT
ATND - what do i need to enter in here?

i don't think you can go in LD 15 CHG ATT ATDN x0 to delete. Change to another dn not used in your dialing plan then 0 is available as a new dn just like Muddyheels said.

So it will be:
LD 15
CHG
ATT
ATND 1234 or just enter any number/extension.

Then back to LD23 and build the NCFW.

Thanks

what Mr Mud may have meant was

ld 20
prt
ludn.. and use a vacant number for the atdn
