Hey guys,

We are not sure how but one of our IDC numbers has changed from

idgt 204 320
to
idgt 204 350

I have the following process to change it

LD 49
REQ: CHG
TYPE: IDC
CUST: 0
DCNO: 1
IDGT: 204 320

but when doing return after entereing the last numbers i get the following error sch6262. Does anyone know what is going on and how to fix it?

Currently all our customer support calls are going to the wrong place. (Not good)

Hope you can help

Nigel

At the IDGT prompt pu 204 then hit return, at the next prompt put in the 320 then hit return until you return to the REQ prompt.

Thanks for the quick response mluckie1. It works perfectly.

Try this and see if it work:

In load 49 did you delete the entry first and then reenter the number and see if you get the error?

IDGT: 204 x
REQ: NEW
TYPE: IDC
CUST: 0
DCNO: 1
