Sounds like a IE9 browser issue. Try using another web browser like Firefox or Chrome.

I've had same issue where the install script wasn't copying all the files over. Had to manually sftp the files over to the template folders.

i think your best bet is to set your Linux timezone to Arizona. Then create a rule for Cali in CM with the correct offset and dates for DST.

This was a problem seen on older Communication Manager softwares. There are some patches that resolve this. If it bothers you, contact your Avaya partner to get the patches, if not, choosing all 3 backups will do the same job except there will be 3 files instead of just one file.
