MM 5.2 Single Server Template Installation Error

Trying to install MM5.2 Single Server Template on Sys Plat 1.1.1.94 and it fail the MBT installation while downloading plugins.
I am using the original DVD,
I did download the MBT template from PLDS and same result.

It fail at the second task
Error: Error occurred when downloading plugin plugins/versioninfo_mm.sh

Even trying to get the template thru PLDS direct
I select the following template 309745 MM/5.2/wcwso_mm.ovf and i get nothing It look for it and them it stop.

I've had same issue where the install script wasn't copying all the files over. Had to manually sftp the files over to the template folders.
