Problem was caused by restrictions on voice mail DN. Thanks for the advice. We aren't ransferring to an inactive DN but receiving incoming DDI call on inactive DN. Works based on ToD too with two CCR trees, one to redirect back out to external number, and another to go to voic mail.
Trying to setup Auto Attendant with CCR tree to transfer incoming call to inactive DN using outdial method Route / Phone number 9xxxxxxxxxxx (where all x's are mobile number). It exits the system without calling out. If we change the CCR tree to Intercom and local DN it works.
How do we override restictions on an IP phone?
Tried setting password against CoS and enabled feature 872 which prompts for a password but does nothing after enter 6 digit password and Enter.

Is it possible to set USER TRF on any TTY in CS1K and use OTM to collect the traffic reports?
Ps Don't have a buffer box or printer for TTY port but heard TRF was required on a TTY and could just use OTM.
It is the Advatel Phone Easy IP Console.
Do we always have to assign a DN to a physical set or is there a way to create a "phantom DN" from the public target lines?

So for attendant DN I think we setup a direct dial digit 0 and at least one direct dial set 1 and use this on the active set capabilities. This way if dial 0 the phone will ring the extension of the direct dial set when dial 0.
