Good morning ALL I have a ip office running 8.0 (53) with embedded voice mail and i have 1 16 port expansion cabinet for ang phones. I can not get the expansion to come up. when i look at the unit i see all the cards and exp are up to that level 8.0(53) .. Whats next..Thanks

You must use the cable from nortel..

Restore.. Factory Default

Patch it up.. Then the harddrive is going.. Just had one go 4 days ago..

Hello all I have a IP office 8.0, Cant you tell me is there a way to reset the voice mail boxes back to the default message. I have done and ready to install and the customer wants the default message. I have my test one on there and can not remove it. I did remove the check from the voicemail...

yes i can ping. bcm works fine. I plugged in to oam port and it can't talk to it. Can it be the hard drive..

Thanks for the answer back.. All is up to date ...element manager is 62.0.4.. I can us it on other systems i have just fine. Just this 1 it will not work, it open's and i click on my network ip address and hit connect and then after a few it error's out saying it cant com with the bcm.. thanks

I did tel set in to it and made my changes so it working ....but still cant access it with my manager..??

Hello All Here's my trouble went to customer site to change messages and my element manager won't open i get a error. I have used it on other 50's and 400 so i know it works. The BCM 50 is a rel 2.0 ..

There's a patch out there for that. callfoward.bin

upgrade to 7.0.(23) it will work
