7.0(232702) Dial by name on embedded still failing?

The patch notes state that this issue was fixed, but I cannot get the dial by name feature to work on the new patch 7.0(232702)

Does anyone have any recent experience with this situation?

It should be fixed on this release. Did you make sure that there is a name recorded on the users. (*05) and the they save it by pressing 3?

There's a patch out there for that. callfoward.bin
