When set up call forward to external for DID line, the caller info show on the far end is the site primary info, instead of the actual caller.
Is the system able to send the original caller ID?

We have 2 PRI lines as incoming route, the other PRI works fine when this one has issue.
I swapped these 2 PRI lines once on the CSU/DSU end and the PBX card end, so I'm pretty confident the issue isn't on these equipemnts.
As John mentioned, it still could be on DMARC which I have...
For the last 10 days, one of our PRI line has red alarm issue so frequently. Based on the history file, it just went up an down every few hours. See below.
I called the telco but they always said they reset the circuit and the service came back, but never fixed it 100%.
Any suggestions...

In my Nortel setting, I created AC1=9 and SPN 1305666 routing internally to Cisco CM. And we didn't configure LDID for 212973 before.
3 sites:
Site A: Cisco CM 4.2 (212-555-75XX)
Site B: Nortel 81C (212-555-79XX)
Site C: AVAYA (305-666-45XX)
History:
Site A and B are in the same building, connected via PRI link, routing plan had been configured, user can dial to each other directly by 4 digits extension (75XX and 79XX)...
Just got an error code after I input 64 records.
ESN0068
No more restricted numbers allowed for this code.
Do you know how to increase the numbers?

I have about 100 numbers/number ranges needs to be input as ARRN in one SPN, is it possible?

We have CS1000 connected to far end PBX via PRI linke (Rout 30), each side dials to other side by entering 4 digits extension number.
Now we plan to route all outbound calls to the far end pbx to using their trunks to call outside.
I configured this in CS1000, but it failed and gave me fast busy...
NYC: Nortel CS1000 using PRI link connected to AVAYA PBX A, each side can dial to other end directly by extension#.
DC: AVAYA PBX B
AVAYA PBX A&B connected via IP trunk, A had been configured to using B’s outbound trunk when dial DC area numbers, 202 etc.
We plan to configure the PBX to also...
