Nortel CS1000, 1 T1 PRI trunk (RDB 1) carries outbound call. Now we plan to set up 2nd T1 trunk (RDB 2), and we want to have all outbound calls to 404-335-xxxx and 404-661-xxxx to be routed to 2nd T1 trunk.
How to change the ESN setting to have this feature work?
Currently setting:
AC1: 9
SPN: 011, 1800, 1877,911, etc
NPA: 1212, 1404, etc
MY PLAN:
Remove 1404 in NPA, instead, configure NPA as below
14042, 14044, 14045, 14047, 14048, 14049 route to RDB 1
140430, 140431, 140432, 140434, 140435, 140436, 140437, 140438, 140439 route to RDB 1
1404330, 1404331, 1404332, 1404333, 1404334, 1404336, 1404337, 1404338, 1404339 route to RDB 1
140460, 140461, 140462, 140463, 140464, 140465, 140467, 140468, 140469 route to RDB 1
1404660, 1404662, 1404663, 1404664, 1404665, 1404666, 1404667, 1404668, 1404669 route to RDB 1
ONLY
1404335 route to RDB 2
1404661 route to RDB 2

Am I right?

use ARRN, here is an example from GHTrout I think

Use SDRR ARRN. There is never a need to extend or build out SPNs just so you can treat a few numbers differently.

You can easily take specific numbers or prefixs within the SPN and route them out an alternate RLI

1. Create the RLI and DMI that do what you need.
2. In the current/existing SPN, respond to SDRR with ARRN
3. At ARRN, enter the special digits within the SPN range
4. Enter the RLI that should handle numbers within the special digits.
Here are examples of ARRN in use to alternatively route a specific number (or range of numbers) within an SPN. You can only use ARRN with SPNs. There is no reason that all NPAs and NXXs cannot be changed to SPNs though.

Example in Area code

SPN 1414 <--------We are processing calls to SPN 1414 (Wisconsin Area Code)
FLEN 0
CLTP NONE
RLI 1 <---------RLI 1 routes all calls to 1-414-nnn-nnnn as needed.
ARRN 332 <---------But 332 (within SPN 1414) must be routed differently
ARLI 21 <---------RLI 21 tells how calls to 1-414-332-nnnn should be routed
SDRR ARRN CODES = 1
ITEI NONE

Example in Local Exchange

SPN 651 <---------We are processing calls to 651 (a nearby local exchange)
FLEN 0
CLTP NONE
RLI 5 <---------RLI 5 routes all calls to exchange 651-nnnn as needed.
ARRN 2345 <--------But 2345 (within exchange 651) must be routed differently
ARLI 18 <---------RLI 18 tells how calls to 651-2345 should be routed
SDRR ARRN CODES = 1
ITEI NONE

Example of Drilling Down to Specific Tele Number

SPN 1414 <--------We are processing calls to SPN 1414 (Wisconsin Area Code)
FLEN 0
CLTP NONE
RLI 1 <---------RLI 1 routes all calls to 1-414-nnn-nnnn as needed.
ARRN 7654321 <-----But 7654321 (within SPN 1414) must be routed differently
ARLI 22 <---------RLI 22 tells how calls to 1-414-765-4321 should be routed
SDRR ARRN CODES = 1
ITEI NONE

Example of Multiple ARRNs in one SPN

SPN 1414 <--------We are processing calls to SPN 1414 (Wisconsin Area Code)
FLEN 0
CLTP NONE
RLI 1 <---------RLI 1 routes all calls to 1-414-nnn-nnnn as needed.
ARRN 332 <---------But 332 (within SPN 1414) must be routed differently
ARLI 21 <---------RLI 21 tells how calls to 1-414-332-nnnn should be routed
ARRN 7654321 <-----But 7654321 (within SPN 1414) must be routed differently
ARLI 22 <---------RLI 22 tells how calls to 1-414-765-4321 should be routed

SDRR ARRN CODES = 2
ITEI NONE
