Might not ever work with Vista. Not many Nortel products do.

Just bought a laptop with Vista on it then realized most of Nortel's stuff does not recognize Vista. There are some exceptions but not many and all dealing with the 400's, not the BCM 50s.

It is real easy to wire up. Depending on whether it is a 2 port or 4 port Flash,cross-connect one or two extentions to a jack(s), plug in one or two line cords, plug in the power, wait 5 minutes and you're ready to program.

If it lost programming, you might want to try feature 903, then chose features 980-987. Check voltage of the power supply.

Not sure what you are trying to do but if you are looking for a pause in a dialing sequence try feature 78. Gives you a timed pause.

Might want to check polarity with your butt set. If one or two is different than the rest, it might cause some of your problems.

I would record greeting thru the phone and see if that makes a difference.

You also could make the one DID private to an ext.instead of being public. This would remove that DID number from all phones in the system except for that one ext.

The problem might be with the expansion card. Try a diff. port on the card. Expansion card problems are rare, but not unheard of.

Hey cdaumann, One thing I noticed in list of parameters was that you had a decending sequence. For incoming it should be acending, out going is decending.
