Ok...to continue in a new thread...

PHEWISH

Anyone have ideas on this one?
I think it's "Pfff...You wish!"
It's probably on an expensive car...

--Jim

I interpreted JSUSIST to mean Jesus Christ, which whenever anyone says that, just makes me think of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Hence my entertainment from the plate.

Saw one this morning on a BMW Z3:
SCINTST

~
Chuck Norris is the reason Waldo is hiding.

On the way home from work: 1PT8GRL

It was on a Volkswagon Jetta and took me till this morning to figure out it was reffering to the 1.8L engine. Guess my brain is a bit sexist and slow to consider an engine reference on a young womans vanity plates.

I kept getting caught up on 1/8th or one part of 8 as well as PTA (Parent Teacher Association).

[small]Sometimes you gotta leave your zone of safety. You have to manufacture Inspirado. You gotta get out of the apartment. You've got to run with the wolves. You've got to dive into the ocean and fight with the sharks. Or just treat yourself to a delicious hot fudge sundae........ with nuts. - Jack Black[/small]

I have only seen a picture on the web so it could be photoshopped but it was two Mercedes convertibles in a driveway one read TAB A and the other SLOT B

I laughed.

"Dyin'? Boy, He can have this little life any time He wants to. Do Ya hear that? Are ya hearin' it? Come on. You're welcome to it, Ol' Timer. Let me know You're up there. Come on. Love me, hate me, kill me, anything. Just let me know it... I'm just standin' in the rain talkin' to myself." Cool Hand Luke

I saw one over the weekend...

BOND 001

Is there a hidden meaning to this one, or did the owner really get the agent number wrong?

I saw a non-personalized plate this morning that made me think of this forum.

617 MAI

BUG E - Saw this on the way home yesterday on a Honda Civic. Somehow it didn't make sense on a Civic...it should've been on a VW Bug.

Maybe they meant their Civic was a little buggy, or prone to problems?

"If to err is human, then I must be some kind of human!" -Me

Maybe it's just an alternate spelling for "buggy".

Have a few new ones for you guys.
Along the lines of the one rjou saw before (SKYDIVR)
I saw DPCDIVR
PE2NYA (The plant I assume)
DE CAL
SPEDWGN (On an Aveo, also the slowest moving vehicle at that point on the freeway, oddly enough)
SMACQ 2 (Smack You ..)
ABAYA 1 (No idea on this one)

And one I am not sure about
T8ASG, on a Michigan State plate, so the green S was the first letter.
Being a Michigan State Plate, and having the S line up with T8 is what makes me think this is a custom plate. But if so, I have no clue was the ASG could stand for.

Don't take life too seriously, its not permanent anyways.

==> T8ASG, on a Michigan State plate, so the green S was the first letter.
I'm not sure what you mean by the green S being the first letter?

Got it. Thanks.
I would suggest that it's a reference to the Arbor Strategy Group, which has ties to Michigan State University.

rjoubert:

Since James Bond's "007" is a license to kill, perhaps "BOND 001" simply implies a license to drive.

Who knows!

White Water Paddler I assume.
