Is there a command in Windows 2000 Server to list all running processes at the command prompt? I know with XP and higher that "TASKLIST" will work but anything in Win2K?

Upgrade to Veritas 10. That should get you where you need to be. Veritas doesn't support 8.6 any longer. Therefore, if something goes wrong you are out or luck.

Apparently, WIndows 2003 server SP! has caused its share of problems to everyone. REmove SP1 and start over especially if on a DC.
