I have IP phones that are rebooting themselves. I notice some dropped packets in our 1612 and some latency but overall it doesn't look too bad. Our signalling servers are running 4.5. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to troubleshoot this problem? (our vendor is "in a meeting" :-0 )...

Thanks for the reply. That is pretty much what I found. The switch portion could use the set commands...and ntp would work as you have indicated after entering those two commands. The msfc will not work with just the server command. It seems to need something equivalent to the 'set enable'...

Thanks guys! The BCM Monitor is just what we needed. The vendor has applied some patches and has given us a quote on adding +4 and +8 trunks. Looks like we'll probably go with +4 and see how that works now that we can monitor it in real time.

I was in error, the phones are TDM. There are no patches listed as being applied.

Is there a way that I can stat the BCM and see the utilization in real time, and/or turn on some type of event logging to monitor how many trunks are in use?
