Does anyone know which database engine OTM uses?

Also, is there a way to manipulate the data globally or by groups?

For example: Is there a way to change all CLIDs to "D" at once, or for a subset such as a department?

Use the Global Change function in OTM. That's one of its main features.

To elaborate on Global change. In edit do select all. Then go to edit and select Global Update. Select KEYGUPD (Key). On the next screen select the Key number (1) at the top of the window. Put SCR in the Mnemonics on both Left and right Mnemonics boxes. Put * in the directory number put 0 in the left CLID box and D in the right CLID box. Click on ADD. Then click on OK. When OTM has finished select Transmit Selected and then schedule for a time when service will not be interupted. Works Great.

Thank you guys!

We recently implemented a Nortel system with the help of a vendor. We are learning that our vendor could be more knowledgeable.

What does a site do when the underlying architecture and implementation is suspected of not being optimized?

Can we deal directly with Nortel for support or be assigned a new vendor?

How can I get Nortel to do an architectural review along with a configuration assessment?

Thank you in advance, Fred

As long as your company is the legal owner of the system and you don't have signed a service agreement with the vendor you are free to choose which vendor you want. Just make sure you get the level2 password of the pabx, if not, sue them.
