We have a branch office that runs a BCM 200. About once a week the service goes down at this site and the box needs rebooting.
Last week voicemail wouldn't work and the vendor said he thought the trunks (8) were not releasing after being used. He went in and stop/start'd the H323 service and things began to work.
Last night we maxxed out the 8 trunks and VM did not work. This time the VM came back after the connections were terminated without having to do the H323 dance.
Is this a bug that anyone else has run across?
