Does anyone make a dialer that I could use to dial my Nortel IP & TDM phones from my Outlook contacts?

If it makes any difference, I currently have CP 2.5.

Call Pilot 4.0 contains a click to dial feature without the need of any TAPI server. Usable from outlook
