As I said, I have tried different combinations of lines and digits and phones, including setting the "bad" target to private to strip it from anywhere else...
phoneguy, as stated in my previous posts, that particular target does not work. Same digits on other lines are fine.

In response to your post, I have had several customers with "buggy PRIs". Is it a fair assumption that upgrades beyond 4.1 would continue the buggy behavior as opposed to doing a startup and then reprogramming on a higher s/w rev. from scratch? Or, should an upgrade shake all that out...
