It's been a while. Hello again all.
So, I did a software upgrade to 3.0 on a Call Pilot. Since the upgrade, the reporting for call center and the IPview are not collecting data.
I assume the point of failure is the reporting server application. I have not changed anything there and I am at a loss why it stopped working.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
