Are you talking about using a private line like a DID? You can do that and set up vmailbox cover... but if they are on their line the next call coming through will not go into their Avaya mailbox. If they are using VM from the CO it works fine.

sorry if that isn't clear- example- to turn off call forwarding on ext. 14- go to 14 press feature 11, 14, 14

turn off call forwarding you would press feature 11 and then enter the 2 digit extention of the phone you are on twice.
