Hello,

Has anyone used the Avaya 10U100 wireless headset with Partner 18D phone sets on a Partner ACS?

Thanks

yes- it is just a wireless analog phone with a headset. I think it is overpriced because it has the Avaya logo. Any wireless phone with a headset would integrate just as easily. There is a wire that will run from the dial pad which clips to your belt- to the headset- I had a customer (a hairdresser) who was upset because she thought it would be totally wireless.

It works great either as a stand alone extension or if you link it with another phone. Yes, it may be expensive, but look at your other options. A cordless headset will be double the price, a transtalk...well, enough said about that...

But you could get a wireless 2.4 ghz phone and add a headset for a fraction.
