    Speed Dial on Avaya 9650

Is it possible for the end user to set up their own speed dial keys on a 9650? Is there something I have to do on the management side first? I have seen multiple user guides showing the speed dial keys, but nothing that says HOW to create one. Thank you in advance for any help provided. I am...

Mailbox Size Impact on Outlook Performance

Oh another thing you can do in the meantime is set their Deleted items to empty when they close Outlook. I got rid of about 4gb this way...but then I had a lot of mad people who used their Deleted items bin as a mail folder.

Mailbox Size Impact on Outlook Performance

The exchange server itself is what is limiting you. Your limit if you have the standard version of exchange is 16gb. If you upgrade to Enterprise you are pratically unlimited with 16 TB of space. (information obtainded from) http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/evaluation/overview/default.mspx...

    Mouse cable length

Answer: Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with Range extenders. Should get you your 100 feet you need. Below is a website that has one. It says it does bluetooth as well as other wireless products. You can do a little more research on extenders and may find one better than this. this one was...

    Monitor Flicker

I actually posted this in a more recent topic about a monitor "jumping". The first thing I listed is your most likely cause. What you are experiencing is most likely a chip inside of the CRT that is starting to fail. It starts at the top and soon you will see it start at the bottom as well...

    Problems with Dell Dimension 5100c

The random "Jumping" you are experiencing is most likely caused by one of the following. 1. Monitor overheating. Make sure the airflow around the monitor is good. If there are photos / paper on top of the moitor remove them. If it turns out that airflow / overheating was your problem you...

    Caller ID + Dial Back

From what I read (again my knowledge is limited)it looks as if the table will determine what the call type is (local long unknown etc.) and route it appropriately through one of the tables that would be created above. So it seems to me that (and please correct me if I am wrong) it would pass...

    Caller ID + Dial Back

I have my Tech coming out tonight to work on my getting my DChannels upgraded. I am going to have him look at this and see if he knows how to get it done. What you are saying makes sense to me but the programing of it is a tad out of my league. hehe I am really good with mac's but this looks...

    "Disconnected Network Drive"

Looks as if it was a nic driver on the server. We had not placed the most current drivers on but had used the windows default driver. Now why only the laptops were effected and not ANY of the Desktops we will never know. Problem has been resolved though and I wanted to put the solution here.

    outlook 2000 distribution list

Absolutly, it will send it to everyone else on the list and just error out on the ones that are wrong. It should also send you a message so that you know which ones are wrong and you could remove them.

    "Disconnected Network Drive"

Recently we moved a server and for some reason the NIC went bad. We replaced the NIC and everything seemed to be fine. Except our laptop users, and the following is what our Laptop users experience. Can anyone help? - k:\ drive does not map - (it did before the NIC swap and all our desktops...

    Contact list, not automatic

Has he typed in the address at least once before? If not then this is what has to happen at least once for it to populate the list. If he has typed in the address before then make sure you have this file (C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\*.NK2) where *...

lost all inbox emails and cannot receive..urgent! outlook express

I have found a way to retrieve this information but it is difficult at best. If you are familiar with Microsoft Office Customization and Installation Wizard then create a PRF file that overwrites his original profile. The hard part is if you have never used the Office customization wizzard...
