    I tried to change the firmware to a different version that was offered by spectralink, but the problem is that the "AVAYA" 3616 looks for files specific to the Avaya version from the tftp.     Softphone, Cisco VPN Client and PIX

    Avaya says that any instance of NAT running or port transversal causes th IP softphone not to work. I have tried to use NAT in the past, but if it is enabled, the softphone will not connect.
