4630 Ip Screenphone & TFTP server

My 4630 cannot see the TFTP server although the Ip address is correct it just locks up "Discovering..." before rebooting the system.

Any ideas please?

throw it in the dustbin. I have thre 4630 that has done that....thats why they are placing it with the 4625...

If this is a used set, you may want to set it to the defaults, as there may be a VLAN set up that you did not see. Press * when prompted to program, cycle through all the settings, but don't make any changes. Go all the way through and restart the phone with no changes. The screen will go blank and before it resets, it gives you about 5-10 seconds to enter in some codes. At this point, press MUTE RESET (73738) #,#,#. Hope this helps as I have ran into this hundreds of times....
