I just did something like that, real pita. Used embedded intutiy mode 8.1, with night AA. Then an option to leave a message in a users voicemail. Then used outcalling to notify tech of waiting voicemail. ACA ACS ACIS

I found with 8.0 that to ping from lan 2 you have to use the ping that is under ip networking -> ip routes in system status. You can pick witch lan port to use with the drop down. ACA ACS

I am downloading 7.27 after reading the 8.0 essential edition license thread. I already have a new 500v site up and running 8.0 vmpro without essential license. Do the 9508 and 9620 phones need to downgrade also? System went in last week. ACA ACS
