8.1 to 9.0/9.1 upgrade 3

ipo 500 v2 R8.1 vm pro
I have an 9.1 upgrade license, do I have the option of only upgrading to 9.0?
My distributor said I had to go to 9.1, but in the past the licenses worked if you went to a earlier release also.
Not that I am chicken to go to 9.1

You can go to 9.1 if you are on 8.1 or 9.0
So yes you can do that.
But you do need to be aware of the non supported hardware in 9.1!!

You habe the Option to only upgrade to 9.0 as well.

Thanks tlpeter for the hardware reminder, we do have a phone 16 700449507 on there. I will have to check the docs on that.

FYI: System has to be higher than 8.1.6x to go directly to 9.1, or else you may get the bootloader issue.

And you Phone 16 expansion module is 100% compatible with 9.1
