    Instead of seperate Auto Attendants you should build a vector and keep the annpuncements local to the LSP so in the event you lose connectivity to the main site you stil have at least your AA working as a vector

    Its putting in just the udp entry and sending it over the Ip trunks. I never see the full number. This is at a differnt site than I am at but I can hear more than our 5 digit dial plan being dialed but only see the 5 digits in the trace

    Im scratching my head. I have a fax machine that when the user dials out the full number the system sends it aar over IP trunks but if the same user dial the full number from there digital phone it goes out the PRI. Is there something I am missing?

    Have you recycled the carriers? If you can connect it to a new cable. If you can on a weekend run a short piece of cable punch it down straight on the port and see if it still happens. This is assuming that it is not a 24x7 operation and the problem is frequent enough to happen within 48 hours...
