Call park issue.

Hello,

If I receive a call and put it in call park and do an announcement and then receive a second call while having the first call in park... when I try to do a call park to make an announcement for the second call.. I only hear a busy tone... does someone has any idea of what is wrong?

If you're parking it on your own extension, that's all you can do. Are you parking it locally, or on a phantom extension?

Thank you for replying. I am parking locally. I was able to do more than one paging even having tow call park or one park and one on hold, so, I was using standard page, but as soon as I started to use deluxe paging, I was not able to do overpage or paging with more than one call on call park or hold.

Try dialing your paging access code followed by a pound "#" and you should be able to do a page only if I am underatanding your issue correctly.

Before using Deluxe paging but standard paging, I was able to do call park and an announcement. At same time I was able to receive a second call and make a second announcement while having two calls in the same station. Now, after enabling the Deluxe paging, I am able to do call park and and announcement, but if while I have a call park receive a second call.. if I try to do another announcement, I can't...
