I know that my question is prob too easy for you guys but I really need some help. My GM has a new extension and is not in the department head list...Another department head was promoted and kept his extension. I need to add these 2 to the list and haven't figured out how to do this.
There were two people who had admin status before me so they may have set them up...I can try them both - but how do I access the lists to make the changes?
enter the mailbox and press 5 from the main menu
the option to access personal lists should then be 1
then
1 - create lists
2 - scan lists
3 - review/change
