Is it absolutely necessary to install the Microsoft IGMP patch on a Web Server running Windows Server 2003? My Web Server is running fine and appears to be seeing multicast/real-time displays correctly. Although the Nortel docs say to install the patch, Microsoft says only to install the patch...
I have added the NR Reason column to a Private Agent Display and when the display is launched and the agent puts in a NR Reason code, it doesn't show up on the private display. Should I have added something somewhere to enable this? It is programmed in the queues.
I have installed a Windows 2003 Web Server (4.5, SU06) without a backup utility. The docs state that you can use the Microsoft Windows backup utility to perform the database backups, however, the docs aren't very clear on which files should be backed up in order to perform a successful restore...
I figured it out on 7/15. Although the manual never states that 'you can only accesss the card from a configured agent phone' of course. Thank you for the reply, I appreciate it.
I have just installed a Agent Greeting card and the TUI/FXSDN does not answer when called? The MADN on the virtual sets 'Key 0' is programmed as the same number as the FXSDN and it is in the CDB. Any ideas?
I am getting a scrolling error in my SCCS 5.0 SU04, Windows 2000 Server MAS Trace Window "050707:xxxxxx:nbts:Exit nbts; mbGetEvent<> fails due to BAD_ASSOC_ID = -8415" Any idea on what this is pointing me to?

Thank you for all of the input, I successfully installed a second SCCS 5.0 on the customers network with the programming of a second ELAN. I had zero problems, all seemed to go very well.

Thanks for the input, the NTPs state that it can be done with the programming of a separate ELAN connection and the use of SEPARATE switch resources, i.e., CallPilot, CDNs, phonesets, etc. I'll let you know how the install goes. Thanks again.............
