I have just installed a Agent Greeting card and the TUI/FXSDN does not answer when called? The MADN on the virtual sets 'Key 0' is programmed as the same number as the FXSDN and it is in the CDB. Any ideas?
Have you called from a configured agent phone. This phone must have a lass of service of AGRA MOAA. No other extensions will be answered by the AG card
I figured it out on 7/15. Although the manual never states that 'you can only accesss the card from a configured agent phone' of course. Thank you for the reply, I appreciate it.
