My system currently have 90 agents and I wanted to add 50 more agents. I have and 81c running Succesion 3.0 software. We also have Meridain Mail. My question is do I need both the CCS100 and CCS200 to add 50 additional agent?

Base on johnjose your discription of the software levels my symposium is current running CCS200. But don't understand why both was quoted to me and not just the CCS200.

CCS100 is Symposium with basic packages
CCS200 is Symposium with more advanced features

The reason why they appear twice is they have to license both. Not very many people have just a CCS100 Symposium. If you had networking you'd also have CCS300.

Where can I purchase some of these licenses? I have a customer that wants to upgrade their agent count.

You have to go to the customer vendor and they will go to Nortel.
