M3505 PHONE install

I want to replace my current m3505 phones (rls 1) with new m3505 release 3's, should this just be plug an play or is there something I need to do on in otm or the switch to make the phones work? We option 11, with symposium 5.

Other than downloading the set firmware, all should be ok.
