If you happen to be on SP2 for R2, I have seen the same problem. It has to do with the changes made in SP2 that deal with SNMP. Try disabling SNMP on printer port properties.

I am looking into installing SQL 2005 Service Pack 2. I am running Windows 2003 R2 x64 Edition, with SQL 2005 Std. Edition x86. My question is do I use the x64 download to coinside with the OS, or the x86 that coinsides with the SQL Version? Thanks for your help.

The goofy thing is that under Customize Desktop there are Recycle Bin (full) and (empty) icons that you can pick from and yet there is no Recycle Bin.

I have a similar device and have never had a recycle bin. I'm going with the assumption there isn't one.

In GPMC there is a backup utility if you right-click on the Group Policy Objects. I have not tried it but it may be a place to start. Just back it up via GPMC and then copy over the backup file to the destination DC and run the restore from the manage backups.... dialog box. Hope that helps.

Check your share permissions, by default when you create a new share in 2003 in is very restrictive. The most restrictive setting between share permission and security ultimately is applied. Hope that helps.
