    I think you can also use 4 meg card. The card has to be an Avaya card because it contains a special format. I don't think you can format any 4 meg card in windows and expect the Definity software to be able to use it.

    The comcode on your R4 processor comes back as "PAR ACS PROC MOD R1 REP" so it was probably upgraded to the R4. The comcode for the R6 is not a valid comcode. Can you recheck your numbers?

    goombawaho tell your users that the internet responsibily form that they signed specifically states that they are not allowed to install any software on the company issued computer or they will lose privelages or be terminated.
