I need some help with a Partner system
We ususally don't work on the Avaya equipment so, I lost with this.
The customer has a SLT on ext 11, it calls out , can make ext calls but, no ring.
Here what I have found out and done. I checked programming the ext 11 is set for immediate ring.
I used my butt set and i can hear ringing but its so low it actually doesnt ring my butt set.
I have swapped SLT to make sure it wasn't the phone ( which is a cordless).
Is the card bad and needs to be replaced or is it distinct ringing that I need to change?
