    Major Problem with exchange SMTP - URGENT

    Same problem. What the hell is the SYSTEMMAILBOX and how do you get at it? PS Have you set up the email addresses for each user in active directory. If not then I guess the emails will be bounced back to the sender. You could specify yourself as the recipient for the copy NDR's. Rgds

    help connecting Outlook

    Had problems getting Outlook to connect (post SP4 install), gave up and now use OWA (outlook web access) to connect. It has grown on me and now I can move desks etc without setting up user account in control panel/mail on every computer.

    Look at the default smtp server properties in exchange system manager. Under the messages tab you can enter an email address to receive copies of the ndr reports that go to the users.

    I did this on mine and it kept the pst folder as well after the import. Had to delete the pst folder then from control panel-mail as everything was duplicated and some users were putting things in the obsolete pst folder instaed of the exchange store.
