There are alot of things to look for. I would bet you updated to sp4 or did a few security patches. Search this forum for KB824309. There is a bug in a security patch that causes this behavior. Also, make sure your users have permission to the profiles. You will need to call MS for the patch.

Running a 3 server 2k sp4 citrix sp3/fr3 farm with that patch installed last Friday. No issues to report. Note, that sp4 did cause a few issues that we had to work out. Namely slow logons and logoffs.

We are also experiencing the dreaded event id 1000 issue. SP4 does not fix it. [surprise] Just an FYI. If your are running w2k TS (Citrix), sp4 will not only break the roaming profiles of some of your users. You will also encounter extremely slow logons. There is a patch for that though.
