When a user send emails, both internal and external, the email attaches a sent time that is 1 hour behind the actual time it is sent. Please can this be rectified. The exchange server and the pc has the correct time.

One of my users running xp prof, keeps on periodically getting the message "Invalid Installation: Please Re-Install" It shows no reference to any program or process. Any ideas what it refers to, and how I can get rid of it!! Thanks.
